By using this site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive features.
2. Permitted use
You may use the guide and tools for research, education, internal assessment and preparation for qualified review. You must not represent this website or its outputs as French-government content, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious material, infringe third-party rights, or use fictional sample scores as real-product claims.
3. Documents and data you provide
You retain responsibility for uploaded files and entered data. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide them. Remove unnecessary personal data and do not upload special-category data, secrets or regulated information unless your organization has approved the processing and appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.
4. Calculations and generated outputs
Outputs depend on your inputs, assumptions, method version, external services and software behavior. They can be incomplete or incorrect and require review by qualified personnel. “Internally tested” means CommonShare tested the sample behavior; it is not independent verification, certification, assurance or validation of a real product.
5. Real-product communication and publication
Do not publish or communicate a real-product Environmental Cost score from this site unless the applicable French method, legal entitlement or authorization, official declaration, official graphic, display and linking rules, and evidentiary requirements have all been satisfied. The workspace gate records confirmations locally; it does not verify them or submit anything to an authority.
6. Availability, advice and liability
The site is provided for informational and internal workflow purposes on an “as available” basis. It is not legal, regulatory, certification or life-cycle assessment advice. To the extent permitted by law, CommonShare does not warrant uninterrupted availability, official acceptance or fitness for a particular regulatory purpose. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
7. Changes and conflict
CommonShare may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date identifies the current version. A separately signed customer agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these public terms.
